Process Diagrams come from our first company, EnterpriseGRC Solutions - Phoenix Business & Systems Process Blend Best East to West. In today's world, every client has their own QMS and related set of SIPOC. We map all the inputs, outputs, policy, process and procedure names, RACI, triggers, and associated controls. Often, we're using Archer, ZenDesk, SalesForce/RemedyForce, or our own tried and true customer SharePoint. We still pull out the old models and many of them have held up over time. We had over a thousand.
Because some of you still ask for them - I will eventually rebuild this interface and cherry-pick the best ones. This started with CobiT 5 and its incredible Process Architecture. We still use their model and of course, the ISO/IEC 9001 Quality Management System. Learn more in Procedure Guidelines and Controls Documentation.
