Why, in an evolved society, would we need a policy that prohibited employees from making “disparaging comments” about the company that pays their checks? It's our team. Why would we join a team, only to destroy it? Why haven't our governance programs provided a safe place to bring forward workplace issues and handle complaints? Do we all lack the impulse control to realize that it's wrong to bad-mouth our co-workers, friends, and family? Wouldn't it be simpler to just go work for the competition? Why can't people just find an employer they like, and then support them?
